World Poker Tour Began at the Gold Strike Casino in Tunica, Mississippi

The World Poker Open Championship began today with 117 players at the Gold Strike Casino in Tunica,
The Card Player tournament reporting team is there giving live updates and chip counts. For the televised final table, hand-for-hand coverage will be available. Player interviews and video updates will also be uploaded throughout the event.
Mr. Matt Culberson is now the chip lead having with a stack of 98,000. On the other hand Antonio Salorio, is just a little bit close to the leading having bring about 90,000 during the Day 2. Whereas, Chris Reslock, Dutch Boyd and Hoyt Corkins are each above the 60,000 mark, while Toto Leonidas, Freddy Deeb and Surinder Sunar are keep on hanging out in the bottom half of the chip counts. Former WPO winner Daniel Negreanu and 2006 WSOP Main Event Champion Jamie Gold were among the 53 casualties of Day 1A.
