With the popularity boom of 1993 for the all time favourite casino game Poker, one would find it hard to believe that five years down the line the game would have lost its pizzazz, and due to the influx of all the new, and yet growing casinos, one would be shocked to learn that poker has actually, become a tougher game to get to, and its not the lack of players, but the lack of places that offer it to play. There is a reason why this change is taking place. Were you to enter a casino in Atlantic City or Las Vegas you are bound to find a Poker Table, and even if u don’t find one the casino next door or the one next to that is sure to have one.Yet if you were to go to any other British or American city other than that you are sure to find it difficult to find a poker table with that ease. Therefore there being a sudden surge of poker players in other games.
The reason being that if the casino does not have a functioning poker table, these poker players are forced into playing games other than Poker. These gamblers have to settle for whatever game they get.
The main aim behind a poker game is to ensure that you keep the odds as much as possible in your favour. Therefore for these Poker players there is a certain set of games that must completely be steered clear of.
As slot machines are an all time favourite, they form the opted for casino game, yet they should be kept at a distance as they are games that are purposely made in such a way to ensure that the money put it is way more than that of the money let out!!
Slot machines can only be beaten by hard core luck. If and only if you have luck on your shoulder should you take a chance with this game. Another game to stay away from is roulette.
Everyone knows how simple a roulette game and wheel is. Unfortunately you might literally make a mountain of the mole hill created while betting here. The odds of this game are very very dicey and one should be cautious if not avoid it completely.
The whole 50-50 bet system is roulette is a bit of a farce. The players bet on either the colour – that is black or red, or on the number – that is odd or even. There’s a small snitch. There are two green zeros! Take an experts advice- be careful!!
There are a few other games for especially Poker players to steer clear of. One being the dice game – “craps!” , another being Blackjack. Therefore one is advised to be careful and cautious, while playing games other than their forte! Heads up!
