Being a player, handicapper or bettor is not an easy job, it is important to have all the pertinent information on real-time. And now, thanks to the efforts of Big Stick Media and SkillJam it is possible, you lucky guys!
Big Stick Media and SkillJam decided to merger their two subsidiary companies: Corcom ad Linetracker to provide all their hungry clients some real-time information of great quality and excel content. Now, isn’t that nice?
Of course, Corcom will pass to become a subsidiary of Big Stick Media several companies, seems that they needed one more…Yet, for all those fans of SkillJam they will still be in the mix.
Indeed SkillJam will have the choice between seating a designated person on the board of directors of BSM or just sending an observer. Naturally, if they make the choice of sending “eyes” he or she will not be able to vote…wonder what they will decide.
But still it might be a good idea for all players, handicappers and bettors to sit down and relax since the merger still has approval pending from the TSX venture exchange. And they are not expected to rule until April 23rd, so take it slowly!
So remember to be on the lookout around this date so you can be amongst the first ones to get some benefit from this important merger.
